Fourteen participants have been treated with multiple intracerebral doses of CLD-101, demonstrating good tolerability. The trial, initially conducted at City of Hope, has expanded to Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and Stanford University Hospitals.

The trial is investigating a regimen of up to four weekly doses of CLD-101.
