Plus Therapeutics has begun treating the first patients in its ReSPECT-LM dose optimization trial for REYOBIQ™, a targeted radiotherapeutic designed for leptomeningeal metastases (LM). This trial follows a successful Phase 1 study, which demonstrated the treatment’s feasibility, and aims to determine the optimal dosing regimen for maximum efficacy and safety, aligning with the FDA’s Project Optimus.
